Handmade Production Time
Most items require 3-5 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Before Production
Orders may be cancelled without penalty if requested before production begins (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Contact us immediately at support@homyardcrafts.com.
During Production
Once production begins (usually 24-48 hours after order), a 25% cancellation fee applies to cover materials and labor costs.
After Shipping
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping. You may return the item per our Return Policy upon receipt.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production begins due to their unique nature.
