Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it:

- Email us if still missing
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of packaging and item
- Contact us within 7 days
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund
